The Seller

ikari.press is operated by IKARI Cezar Pokorski, a registered business in Poland.

Products

We sell printed books and digital publications (ebooks). Product descriptions, prices, and availability are presented as accurately as possible but may change without notice.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices include applicable VAT where required.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We never handle your card details directly.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

Digital Products

  • Digital purchases are available for immediate download after payment.
  • Digital files are for personal use only. Redistribution is prohibited.
  • Downloads may be watermarked with your order information for copyright protection.

Printed Books & Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Delivery times depend on your location. We ship from Poland.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

  • Printed books: Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to return a physical product for a full refund, provided it's in original condition.
  • Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not available once a download has been accessed. If you experience technical issues, contact us and we'll help.
  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our cost.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and publications on this site are the property of ikari.press or their respective authors. Purchasing a book grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read it — not to reproduce or distribute it.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ikari.press is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. EU consumer protection regulations apply where mandatory.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
