ikari.press is operated by IKARI Cezar Pokorski, based in Poland. We respect your privacy and handle your data with care.

• Order information — name, shipping address, and email for order fulfillment and delivery.
• Payment data — processed entirely by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). We never see or store your card details.
• Session data — a server-side session cookie to keep your cart and preferences.

What We Don't Do

• We don't use tracking scripts or third-party analytics.
• We don't sell or share your data with anyone.
• We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in.
• We don't use cookies for advertising.

How We Use Your Data

• To process and ship your orders.
• To provide digital downloads you've purchased.
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To respond to support requests.

Data Retention

We keep order records as required by Polish tax law (5 years). Account data is kept until you request deletion. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also request a copy of all data we hold about you.
